Lifeguards on Duty
Mark, his 16-yr-old daughter Jill and two others were body surfing in the Pacific Ocean when suddenly an undertow pulled them helplessly out-to-sea. Doomed and preparing for death, their despair turned to joy when out-of-nowhere they were rescued by two lifeguards, only to learn that there had never ever been lifeguards on Rosarito Beach!
Gimme Some Kind of Sign God
Empty-nesting, lonely mom Jean was stopped at a traffic light when she cried out, “God, I know you love the world, but do you love me, Jean Harder?” She then made this bold request, “If you do love me, please give me a sign.” Just then she looked at the license plate on van in the lane next to her. From Another Plane
Ron’s commercial flight has crashed and upon regaining consciousness, he looked across the aisle of the fuselage and saw a gaping hole, about 6 feet tall and four feet wide that was surrounded by flames. He quickly dove through it into a snow bank. Very peculiarly when the plane was reconstructed by the Canadian Air Safety Board, they informed Ron and others was told there was no hole in the side of the plane—but the four others testified they had dove out the same hole!
The Midnight Nurse
Erin had just given birth to Michael when a very stern nurse gave her a very peculiar command, “DO NOT feed Michael until after midnight. Right at midnight call for a nurse who must do an ‘empty stomach weight’.” Although confused Erin complied and it was that unorthodox request that saved Michael’s life when at midnight he was found not breathing and was revived. However, when Erin sought that nurse to thank her, she was not to be found—as a matter of fact other nurse to told Erin no one there even resembled “The Midnight Nurse.”
The Night the TV Talked
A drunken Don was watching the 700 Club at 3am (CST) to see host Pat Robertson interviewing an intoxicated man—it was Don himself!! He immediately called the toll-free number on the bottom of the screen and got help from his alcohol problem. A few months later he and his family went to taping of the show where Don was able to tell the producers his story. While there Don even met Kathy, who had taken his call at 4 am (EST) that morning. The 700 Club, asked Don to share the TV station and time he was watching and he learned that station he said he was watching had signed off at midnight!
